  For the premium price, Highrisings "B&B" is a pokey, single bedroom, attached to an unnerving woman’s house, not particularly close to Portsea’s main beach and village. The owner, Christina, was unhelpful, *painfully* invasive, and showed signs of paranoia. (No kidding!) Too, we were unprepared for the remoteness of Highrisings from the main Portsea area: by foot, it's is about 20 minutes to the famous Portsea Hotel. We've enjoyed trips around Victoria for the better part of two-decades -- this was a most unpleasant experience. Not recommended.
